3D-printable Ratlines for Tall Ships

This is a set of finely-scaled printable ratlines scaled for 1/700 ships. Each “strand” of these ratlines is scaled to 0.42×0.5mm. They are scaled for 1/700 but have been successfully printed at 1/1200 on an Elegoo Mars 3 (scale to 58.33% to get a 1/1200 version).

These should be printed as per the picture; upright on rafts and supported. The ratlines are deliberately sculpted a little bit longer than they need to be so that they can be cut to size (as necessary ratline length will vary a bit even between ships of the same class). The solid blocks on the top and bottom are only intended to add to integrity, and should be removed.

I will be patching this product, where necessary, to add ratlines for all the ships I’ve covered. However, it’s generally possible to cut ratlines to size for ships of similar sizes; for example, the 3rd rate ratlines will fit some 2nd rates, while the 1st rate ratlines will fit others. Think of these as “big,” “medium” and “small” templates that just need to be cut to size as needed.
