A set of 40 Czech Hedgehogs cut to be from MDF. Nice old-school obstacles to hinder those enemy advances. Can be combined with my other round or rectangular basing patterns. Published with a minimum 0.5″ safety margin around the edge of the frame.
Formatted for cutting at 300 DPI on 3mm MDF, thin ply or acrylic using 12″ x 9″ (Arch A sheet size). Four of these will easily fit on a 24″ x 18″ (Arch C sheet size) that I use on an Epilog Helix. I have provided the PDF, AI and the SVG file that I converted online at https://cloudconvert.com/vsd-to-svg.

Excellent file. It cut perfectly in 3mm MDF on my Chinese K40 laser. A drop of wood glue on the two halves and assembled them. I have two painting recommendations. The first is to spray paint the MDF with a dark red brown or rust before you cut them. With the black cut sides they would look pretty good. I didn’t think of that till after I had assembled them so I dropped them into an old piece of pegboard to hold them down while I sprayed them with a spray can. Then I flipped them 180 degrees to paint the other side.
